It was not yet breakfast time, we had to leave early. But the staff still provided us with coffee specialties and muesli and muffins!

Only stayed 1 night - appeared to be OK - breakfast satisfactory but I have had much better and hotter.
Our room was very tired (wall paper stuck to the wall with sellotape and clearly the hotel needs a lot of attention above the ground floor.

Well priced and fully equipped hotel with superb views to park and river, good base for celebrating birthday. Nicely decorated room, comfy beds and knowledgeable staff especially from the receptionist...

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The decor of the corridors was extremely tatty and in desparate need of refurbisment.

It was of a very poor standard with walpaper peeling from the wall the ceiling leaking and the bathroom full of grime. We stayed on a very rainy April evening and were advised by reception that they had upgraded us to a balcony room!. Breakfast was not much better as we were served up re heated sausages!

Found you while searching the net. Wife and kids pleasantly surprised when we arrived, family room was perfect for us. Visited Hampton court fir the day then arrived and chilled at the hotel and had a great meal. Next day in the city center which again was easy to get to via Twickenham station - staff offered friendly and simple travel advice. After a long day in the centre we again had a great meal in your restaurant. After leaving for Heathrow realised I had left my keys in the hotel room bedside drawer..Linda at the reception was very helpful, found the keys and posted to my parents in uk. Overall a very relaxing stay close to what we wanted to see in London for a very reasonable rate. Many Thanks :-)
Only missunderstanding was that when I booked online for the family room I didn't see I had to show how many would be staying in the room (my fault) when we booked in we were two adults and two children (11 & 13) and when we went up stairs the room had only one double bed..went back downstairs and explained, were then changed to a family room with double bed and double soffa bed without any problem..again very helpful staff, even in the restaurant anything we requested was no problem, which we appreciated.

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
The shower was fantastic! Breakfast offered a good variety, especially the cooked-to-order options. Some requests were overlooked, and minor maintenance issues need addressing.

I loved the proximity to the Thames and a bus route outside the hotel. My mother and i found the lounge area very comfortable and sat there sometimes for hours reading or chatting to friends. The conservatory very nice for breakfast.
On several nights we attempted to order from the menu but were told that our selection was not available due to the chef not having listed ingredients. This necessitated other choices or adapting the dish with a substitute ingredient.

The riverside location provides a picturesque setting, particularly across from the park. The room featured a charming mix of decor, reflecting a unique character that stood out from typical hotel experiences.
Breakfast options felt limited, with long waits despite few guests present. The food variety left much to be desired. The pasta we tried tasted bland. The TV setup in the room was disappointing as only one out of two TVs worked, and it was stuck on BBC1. You might not care about the TV, but it's worth mentioning for those who do. These quirks affected the overall value .
